Custom, Handcrafted Pre-Order Guitars
When you pre-order a custom-built, handcrafted guitar from The Guitar Boutique, they are handcrafted specifically for you.
These guitar are not kept in inventory and can take from one month to ten months to build.
Orders on custom-built, handcrafted guitars may be canceled within 48 hours of placing your order for a full refund.
After 48 hours, pre-ordered, custom-built, handcrafted guitars are non-cancelable and non-refundable.
Please ensure you are fully committed to your purchase before ordering.
Pre-Ordering out of Stock Guitars
A pre-ordered guitar that is not in stock, may take one month or more to arrive at our shop.
Cancellations are permitted within 7 days of placing your pre-order for a full refund.
Cancellations after 7 days will incur a 20% cancellation fee. Once shipped, pre-ordered guitars may be returned, subject to a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense and must be trackable and in original condition, complete with all original accessories and packaging.
Shipping & Delivery Time
Shipping times are estimates and provided as a guideline only. They may vary due to supplier availability, shipping delays, or other external factors beyond my control. Please note: A tracking number will be provided within 24 hours of ordering guitars that are currently in stock. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Applicable state or provincial taxes will be calculated at checkout.
U.S. customers: Customs duties may apply to your order.
U.S. Clients - You will not pay any duties or tariffs on Eastman Guitars.

Returns
New items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are in original condition, complete with all original accessories and packaging. Returned items after 7 days will incur a 20% restocking fee.
