Duties and Taxes Responsibility
When purchasing instruments from our store, please be aware that any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred upon delivery are the sole responsibility of the buyer. This includes, but is not limited to, import duties, VAT, and any other charges imposed by your country’s customs authority.
Returns
New Items could be returned within seven days of delivery. Provided the product is returned in original condition and is complete with all the original accessories and packaging.
Restocking fee of 15% on all items returned after seven days of delivery.
Return shipping will be at the expense of the buyer.
Discontinued, Used and Clearance items are considered final sales.
