Bourgeois Hogtop 0014 Downeast Series Acoustic Guitar w/ Hardshell Case – Natural High Gloss

Bourgeois Hogtop 0014/DE Downeast Series Acoustic Guitar w/ Hardshell Case – Natural High Gloss

The Bourgeois Downeast Hogtop 0014/DE brings a warm, expressive voice to a comfortable 14-fret 00 body. Its solid mahogany top, back and sides deliver rich midrange character, balanced bass and singing trebles—an inviting combination for fingerstyle, blues and acoustic accompaniment.

The compact body and short-scale design make it a comfortable companion for songwriting and relaxed playing. Its focused response gives individual notes definition while keeping chords full and musical.

Hand-voiced by workshop luthiers trained under the guidance of Dana Bourgeois and the Maine team, the Hogtop reflects Bourgeois’ careful approach to balance and responsiveness.

An ebony fingerboard and belly bridge complement the ziricote headstock veneer. Mother-of-pearl vintage-style dots, a three-ring ivoroid rosette and a natural high-gloss finish give the guitar an understated, traditional appearance.

Der Jung tuners and ebony bridge pins complete the appointments. Supplied with a hardshell case, the Downeast Hogtop offers distinctive all-mahogany character in a manageable body size.
