Here’s a seriously cool and increasingly hard-to-find guitar from Alden — the Blues Line Abalone. This is a beautifully distinctive solid-body electric featuring an eye-catching abalone tile top, pearl-style binding and inlays, and the classic Zemaitis-inspired aesthetic that made these Alden guitars so unique.

Alden guitars were designed under the direction of renowned UK guitar designer Alan Entwistle, and the Blues Line series was built to offer high-quality construction, distinctive styling, and great playability at an accessible price point.

The Blues Line Abalone features a bound mahogany body topped with an intricate abalone tile design. The combination of the abalone top, pearl binding, diamond-style fingerboard inlays, and matching appointments gives this guitar an unmistakable boutique look.

The neck has the thin, comfortably carved profile these guitars are known for, making it a very enjoyable player.
