A vintage Kent Model 534 "Basin Street" electric bass guitar, which was made by Teisco in Japan around the mid-1960s.

• This model is one of the few long-scale basses from that era of Japanese imports.
• It features a bolt-on neck with a bound, block-inlaid rosewood fingerboard and a Fender-like headstock.
• The pickup is similar to the "gold foil" Japanese units of the time, just under a plain silver cover.
