The Alvarez ABT60CESHB brings a deep, resonant voice to a familiar six-string playing experience. Tuned B to B, it lets you use standard guitar chord shapes and scale patterns with a lower voicing, opening up new possibilities for songwriting, fingerstyle arrangements, and rich acoustic accompaniment.

A solid A+ Sitka spruce top pairs with African mahogany back and sides to balance warmth with clear articulation. Alvarez’s FST2 forward-shifted bracing with asymmetric tone bars supports a responsive soundboard, helping give the baritone’s low register definition and projection.

The extended 704 mm scale length supports the lower tuning, while the 1¾" nut width provides room for detailed fingerpicking and chord work. A semi-gloss mahogany neck offers a comfortable playing feel, and the cutaway allows convenient access to the upper frets.

The Shadowburst gloss finish gives the ABT60CESHB a distinctive appearance, complemented by mother-of-pearl inlays and premium die-cast tuners. A bi-level Indian laurel/rosewood bridge, real bone nut and saddle, and PPS synthetic bone bridge pins complete the build.
