Handcrafted in Lewiston, Maine by Dana Bourgeois and his team, this is an instrument that rewards every hour you put into it.

The solid Adirondack spruce top is hand-voiced and scalloped X-braced, producing the kind of headroom and dynamic range that Bourgeois is celebrated for. Adirondack — sometimes called red spruce — is the tonewood of choice for players who want a top that stays clear and articulate even when pushed hard. Paired with solid East Indian rosewood back and sides, the OMCE/DE delivers a full-spectrum voice: deep, resonant lows, a rich and complex midrange, and highs that sparkle without ever becoming brittle.
