The Bourgeois M5A combines classic A-style design with fully torrefied tonewoods and elegant, understated appointments. Designed by Dana Bourgeois, it pairs an Aged Tone Adirondack spruce top with Aged Tone maple back, sides and neck for an expressive, complex acoustic voice.

The natural high-gloss finish showcases the wood, while ivoroid binding outlines the body and ebony fingerboard. Its clean styling gives the M5A a timeless appearance that complements its carefully selected materials.

A 13-7/8" scale length and 1-5/32" nut width provide familiar playing proportions, with Golden Age satin nickel tuners completing the traditional appointments.

Supplied with a hardshell case, the M5A brings Bourgeois’s attention to tone and design to a refined mandolin built for regular playing.
