Bourgeois Professional Series The Natural Slope Dreadnought PS-S — Satin
The Natural Slope Dreadnought PS-S is the satin-finished expression of Bourgeois’s beloved slope dreadnought — built for players who want an open, resonant voice with a tactile, low-gloss feel. This is the PS-S (Satin) edition, finished in an ultra-thin satin nitrocellulose lacquer that lets the tonewoods vibrate freely from day one, and appointed with Schaller nickel tuners with ivoroid oval buttons. Handcrafted in Lewiston, Maine, it pairs a hand-voiced Sitka spruce top with solid Honduran mahogany back and sides, delivering a balanced, articulate voice with natural warmth and projection. Bourgeois’s proprietary bolt-on neck design and graphite-reinforced dual-action truss rod ensure long-term playability and stability.
