The Bourgeois Vintage Dreadnought PS-S combines traditional acoustic styling with the precision of a modern handmade instrument. Crafted in Lewiston, Maine, it pairs a solid Sitka spruce top with solid Indian rosewood back and sides for a full, expressive voice suited to flatpicking, strumming and melodic accompaniment.

Its dreadnought body and 25.5-inch scale provide strong projection and low-end presence. Carefully voiced construction brings definition to individual notes and depth to full chords, giving players room to explore both gentle passages and a more assertive picking attack.

The thin satin lacquer finish gives the PS-S an understated appearance and a smooth feel. Classic details include abalone slotted squares and diamonds, an ebony fingerboard and bridge, and a ziricote headstock veneer with a mother-of-pearl Bourgeois logo.

Schaller tuners complement Bourgeois’ proprietary detachable neck joint and graphite-reinforced dual-action truss rod, combining traditional character with practical adjustment and serviceability.
